This is the 'dashboard' screen for public users wanting to request inspections and view completed inspections performed by the State Fire Marshal’s office on their behalf.

Request New Inspection

To request a new inspection, select one of the Inspection Types and click the Request.

For information on each inspection request, click below:

• Family In-Home Day Care Inspection 
• Amusement Ride Event Setup Inspections
• Plan Review Inspections

Requested Inspections

This section is a listed of all inspections you’ve requested that have yet to be performed.

These will be listed by Request Number, Request Type, Requested Date, Address, and Status. You can edit an inspection request that you haven't submitted by clicking the edit icon. You can cancel an inspection request by clicking the delete icon next to the inspection request.

If you cancel an inspection request for a Plan Review project, you will be unable to request another on the same project for five business days.
